Serge Demollière is a native from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, one of the 13 metropolitan French Provinces worldwide renowned for its great food and wine. He has a curious mind about everything. His passion came from cultivating his garden and using its vegetables to share local dishes with his close relatives. However, he also loves Indian culture and uses the Indian gastronomy as a way of exploration. Serge Demollière opened his own restaurant Auberge du vieux pressoir mentioned in the culinary guides, before retiring earlier, so he could dedicate his career to teaching his other passion.
