Chef Pierre-Franck Salamon

Pierre Franck Salamon comes from a family of cooks. He worked in some of the most famous 3-star Michelin restaurants, and was the former chief executive of the Pierre Gagnaire 2-star Michelin restaurant in in Courchevel, France. He is the winner of several culinary competitions, including the 1999 Taittinger International.

He is currently the owner of the restaurant the “Pirate”, a fancy brasserie specializing in shellfish and seafood, at Ferney-Voltaire in France.
