Marie Wucher, a former student of Lycée Hôtelier of Strasbourg and Lausanne, she specialised in pastry. After her intership at Michalak’s restaurant Plaza Athénée with Chef Alain Ducasse, she travelled abroad to get more experience at Freddy Schmitt’s restaurant, a chef from Alsace Province where she came from originally. From Japan she continued to the United States of America, and worked at Joël Robuchon’s restaurant in Las Vegas, where she met Cyril Bonnard.

Together they settled in Dubaï as Chefs at the One&Only The Palm Hotel restaurant, managed by Chef Yannick Alléno.
