When did you know you wanted to be a chef?
I knew that I wanted to be a Chef when I was a student in university and I had worked part-time at a restaurant as Aide de cuisine called La Grange in Australia.
What was the worst meal you've made and for whom?
When I tried to cook PAP, maize meal for the first time (Lesotho traditional food) for my husband and it turned out hard like a brick.

Anything with seafood in it.

Dinner of course

I love all vegetables EXCEPT Brussel Sprouts
