Chef Daniel Grondin
Daniel Grondin has 30 years experience as a Chef. Native from Reunion Island, he trained in the south of France in Marseille, before coming the cooking trainer at the CENTHOR (Technical Centre for Hotel and Catering of Reunion Island).
Reunion Island gastronomy is rich in flavour, and the Chefs have a great capacity for innovation. As one of them, Daniel Grondin enhances diversity in cuisine and has a particular liking for French, Indian, Mexican and Creole gastronomy. This is the way to make your taste buds travel!
