Cyril Bonnard is a former student of the École Hôtelière Jean Drouant and of the École Ferrandi in Paris. Despite his young age, he has remarkable experiences from prestigious institutions from around the world.

He had great succes at Le Meurice with Chef Yannick Alléno and at the restaurant Pierre Gagnaire, both three Michelin star restaurants. This rich culinary heritage provided Cyril with both the passion and the skills to become sous-chef at the restaurant Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, chef de cuisine at the Zest restaurant, and at the gourmet restaurant S.T.A.Y. with Chef Yannick Alleno in Dubai. He is currently the executive Chef of the restaurant Le Parc in Obernai.
